Disorders of the Bile ducts

We provide consultation services for

• biliary colic (severe colicky upper abdominal pain with radiation to back)

• abdominal pain after cholecystectomy, also called 'post-cholecystectomy syndrome'

• dilated bile ducts of unknown cause

• obstructive jaundice (yellow sclera and raised bilirubin due to blockage of bile ducts)

We are expert at managing following conditions of bile ducts

• bile duct stones. 

• cancer of bile ducts

• bile leak after a surgery

• Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (SOD)

• Bile duct obstruction due to pancreatic tumor

Most of these conditions require advanced endoscopy procedures like ERCP and EUS, which we will organise for you if requried.
